WorkFlowManager by Omega Software (or “Omega WorkFlowManager”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Statement describes Omega WorkFlowManager’s Web site privacy practices.
1. WEB SITES COVERED
This Privacy Statement covers the information practices of http://www.omegaworkflowmanger.com and http://www.omegawfm.com.
The Omega WorkFlowManager Web site may contain links to other Web sites that are not controlled by Omega WorkFlowManager. Omega WorkFlowManager is not responsible for the information practices or the content of such other Web sites. Omega WorkFlowManager encourages you to review the privacy statement of other Web sites to understand their information practices.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
Omega WorkFlowManager collects information from individuals who visit Omega WorkFlowManager (“Visitors”) and individuals who register to use the Omega WorkFlowManager Service (“Users”).
When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Omega WorkFlowManager Service or registering to use the Omega WorkFlowManager Service, Omega WorkFlowManager requires you to provide personal contact information, such as name and email address (“Required Contact Information”).
If you elect to purchase products or services from Omega WorkFlowManager that require payment, Omega WorkFlowManager requires you to provide financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and credit card number (“Billing Information”). Please note that Omega WorkFlowManager uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing, and Billing Information is not stored by Omega WorkFlowManager.
Omega WorkFlowManager may also ask you to provide additional information to provide a better service, such as number of employees or industry (“Optional Information”).
Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information are referred to collectively as “Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users.”
As you navigate the Omega WorkFlowManager Web Site, Omega WorkFlowManager may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Omega WorkFlowManager Web Site and in your use of the Omega WorkFlowManager Service (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked). 3. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Omega WorkFlowManager uses Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users to perform the services requested. For example, if you fill out a “Signup For Free” form, Omega WorkFlowManager will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Omega WorkFlowManager Service.
Omega WorkFlowManager may also use Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users for marketing purposes. For example, Omega WorkFlowManager may use the information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in Omega WorkFlowManager and to send you information regarding Omega WorkFlowManager and its partners, such as information about promotions or events.
Additionally, Omega WorkFlowManager may use Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users to customize your experience in the Omega WorkFlowManager Service. For example, when you login to your account, Omega WorkFlowManager may display the names of other Users you are working with.
Omega WorkFlowManager uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Omega WorkFlowManager’s behalf.
Omega WorkFlowManager uses Web Site Navigational Information to operate and improve Omega WorkFlowManager’s Web site and the Omega WorkFlowManager Service. Omega WorkFlowManager may also use Web Site Navigational Information alone or in combination with Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users to provide personalized information about Omega WorkFlowManager. 4. WEB SITE NAVIGATIONAL INFORMATION
Omega WorkFlowManager uses commonly-used information gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons, to collect information as you navigate the Omega WorkFlowManager Web Site and the Omega WorkFlowManager Service (“Web Site Navigational Information”). This section describes the type of Web Site Navigational Information that may be collected on the Omega WorkFlowManager Web site and how this information may be used.
If you have chosen to identify yourself to Omega WorkFlowManager, Omega WorkFlowManager uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow Omega WorkFlowManager to uniquely identify you. Each time you log into the Omega WorkFlowManager Service, a session cookie containing an encrypted, unique identifier that is tied to your account is placed in your browser. These session cookies allow Omega WorkFlowManager to uniquely identify you when you are logged into the Omega WorkFlowManager Service and to process your online transactions and requests. Omega WorkFlowManager uses persistent cookies that only Omega WorkFlowManager can read and use to identify browsers that have previously visited the Omega WorkFlowManager Web site. When you register to use the Omega WorkFlowManager Service or provide Omega WorkFlowManager with personal information, a unique identifier is assigned to you. This unique identifier is associated with a persistent cookie that Omega WorkFlowManager places on your Web browser. Omega WorkFlowManager uses Web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Users and Visitors’ usage of Omega WorkFlowManager and interaction with emails from Omega WorkFlowManager. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular Web site tied to the Web beacon, and a description of a Web site tied to the Web beacon. For example, Omega WorkFlowManager may place Web beacons in marketing emails that notify Omega WorkFlowManager when you click on a link in the email that directs you to one of Omega WorkFlowManager’s Web sites. Omega WorkFlowManager uses Web beacons to operate and improve Omega WorkFlowManager and email communications.

Omega WorkFlowManager and other third parties use local shared objects, also known as Flash cookies, to store your preferences or display content based upon what you view on our site to personalize your visit. Third parties, with whom Omega WorkFlowManager partners to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity, use Flash cookies to collect and store information.

IP Addresses and URLs
When you visit the Omega WorkFlowManager Web site, Omega WorkFlowManager collects your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, Omega WorkFlowManager uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Omega WorkFlowManager Web site.
Additionally, due to communications standards on the Internet, when you visit the Omega WorkFlowManager Web site, Omega WorkFlowManager automatically receives the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave the Omega WorkFlowManager Web site.
Third Party Cookies
From time-to-time, Omega WorkFlowManager engages third parties to track and analyze usage and volume statistical information from individuals who visit Omega WorkFlowManager. Omega WorkFlowManager may also use other third-party cookies to track the performance of Company advertisements. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after Omega WorkFlowManager receives it.
5. TRACKING AND ANALYSIS IN THE OMEGA WORKFLOW MANAGER SERVICE
Omega WorkFlowManager may track and analyze how Users use the Omega WorkFlowManager Service for the purposes of helping Omega WorkFlowManager improve the Omega WorkFlowManager Service. Omega WorkFlowManager may engage with service providers to assist us in such tracking and analysis. When Omega WorkFlowManager engages with providers to assist in such tracking and analysis, we will make usage statistics anonymous so as to not disclose your identity to such service providers.
Additionally, in the future, Omega WorkFlowManager may display special partner offers that may be of interest to you within the Omega WorkFlowManager Service. Omega WorkFlowManager does not share your information with third-party advertisers unless you expressly consent to such sharing.
6. PUBLIC FORUMS AND CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
Omega WorkFlowManager may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms on the Omega WorkFlowManager Web site. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Omega WorkFlowManager is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org]. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
Omega WorkFlowManager posts a list of Customers and testimonials on Omega WorkFlowManager’s Web sites that contain information such as Customer names and titles. Omega WorkFlowManager obtains the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.
7. SHARING OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Omega WorkFlowManager may share Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users with Omega WorkFlowManager’s service providers so that these service providers can contact Users and Visitors who have provided contact information on our behalf. Omega WorkFlowManager may also share Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users with Omega WorkFlowManager’s service providers to ensure the quality of information provided. Omega WorkFlowManager does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided from Omega WorkFlowManager Users or Visitors with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Partnering With Other Organizations to Offer Combined Services
Omega WorkFlowManager may partner with other online services to give you the combined results of both services. Whenever we offer such combined services, it will be your choice to make use of the combined services or not. In these cases, your personal information will only be passed from Omega WorkFlowManager to the partner if you choose to use the combined service.
Omega WorkFlowManager reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if Omega WorkFlowManager reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect Omega WorkFlowManager’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
To facilitate Omega WorkFlowManager’s global operations, Omega WorkFlowManager may transfer and access Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users from around the world, including the United States. This Privacy Statement shall apply even if Omega WorkFlowManager transfers Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users to other countries.
9. COMMUNICATIONS PREFERENCES
Omega WorkFlowManager offers Customers and Visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how Omega WorkFlowManager uses the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by emailing email@example.com or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of Omega WorkFlowManager’s marketing emails. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with Omega WorkFlowManager or the Omega WorkFlowManager Service.
10. CORRECTING AND UPDATING INFORMATION
Users may update or change their registration information by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be handled within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at help@ omegaworkflowmanager.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
11. YOUR DATA SUBMITTED TO THE DO SERVICE
Omega WorkFlowManager Users may electronically submit data or information to the Omega WorkFlowManager Service for hosting and processing purposes (“Your Data”). Except as described in this Omega WorkFlowManager Privacy Statement, Omega WorkFlowManager will not review, share, distribute, or reference any of Your Data except to provide the Omega WorkFlowManager Service (including as described above in Section 5. Tracking and Analysis in the Omega WorkFlowManager Service), to prevent or respond to technical or service problems, at a User’s request in connection with a support matter, or as may be required by law.
In order to invite others to connect with you in Omega WorkFlowManager, you may enter other individuals’ email addresses. This information will be used by Omega WorkFlowManager to send your invitation including a message that you would like to work with them using the Omega WorkFlowManager Service. The email addresses of individuals you invite will be used to send your invitation, task updates, and reminders. If such individuals register for the Omega WorkFlowManager Service, their information will be treated as Data About Omega WorkFlowManager Users in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
Communication Between Users
Many emails you initiate through the Omega WorkFlowManager Service, such as an invitation sent to a non-user of the Omega WorkFlowManager Service, will list your email address and name in the body of the message. Emails you initiate may also provide aggregate information about your Omega WorkFlowManager workspace (such as the name of the task you created), but it will never list the people to whom you’re directly connected. Other communications that you initiate through the Omega WorkFlowManager Service, such as a request for contact, will list your name in the message body but will not include your contact information. Your contact information will only be shared with another User if you both have indicated you would like to establish a contact with one another.
Omega WorkFlowManager utilizes appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Data Omega WorkFlowManager Users and Your Data.
When Users login to the Omega WorkFlowManager Service using Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later, Firefox version 2.0 or later, or Safari version 3.0 or later, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects Omega WorkFlowManager User Data using both sever authentication and data encryption. These technologies help provide safety and security for Omega WorkFlowManager User Data and help to restrict its availability to the User to whom the information belongs and those to whom the User has granted access. Omega WorkFlowManager also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and Omega WorkFlowManager hosts its Web sites in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology designed to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Omega WorkFlowManager usernames and passwords.
13. PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN
Omega WorkFlowManager is not intended for children under the age of 13 and Omega WorkFlowManager does not knowingly collect any personal information from such children. As indicated in the User Agreement, children under the age of 13 should not use the Omega WorkFlowManager Web site or the Omega WorkFlowManager Service at any time. In the event that Omega WorkFlowManager learns that it has inadvertently gathered personal information from children under the age of 13 via the Omega WorkFlowManager Web site or the Omega WorkFlowManager Service, Omega WorkFlowManager will make reasonable efforts to promptly erase such information from our records.
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
Omega WorkFlowManager reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. Omega WorkFlowManager will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through Omega WorkFlowManager’s Web sites at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
